  • To respond to your inquiry, evaluate a property, and follow up about a potential cash offer.
  • To discuss investor opportunities you've asked about.
  • To send you related communications by phone, email, and — if you have opted in — SMS text message.
  • To improve the Site and our services, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS text messaging (A2P 10DLC)

Kinna Enterprises LLC (dba Kinna Homes) offers an SMS program so we can quickly follow up with sellers and investors who ask us to.

  • Opt-in. You are only added to the SMS program if you check the applicable SMS consent box on our seller or investor form, or if you reply to a Kinna Homes number to start a conversation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or investment. Each consent (transactional and marketing) is optional and freely given.
  • What we send — transactional / conversational. Messages from Kinna Enterprises LLC about your property inquiry or investor application — for example, offer follow-ups, appointment confirmations, document requests, and answers to your questions.
  • What we send — marketing. If you opt in to marketing, messages from Kinna Enterprises LLC may include property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Cost. Msg & data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • HELP. Text HELP to any Kinna Homes message for assistance, or email info@kinahomes.com.
  • STOP. Text STOP to any Kinna Homes message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages of that category.
  • Carriers. Supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you asked for (see Section 6).
